Three Tax ID Numbers: This means the county currently views these as three separate legal parcels. Having three separate property tax bills, and technically, they can usually be sold off individually in the future if desired. Two Corner Lots: Corner lots are highly desirable because they offer dual street frontage, more access points, and often more architectural flexibility for building. One Subdivision Lot: this is typically an interior lot sandwiched between other properties or fronting just one street, connecting your corner pieces into a larger, continuous tract of land. HOA Dues, Utility Access, Easements. The lots may be formed as one large Tax ID since the properties are adjacent to each other. Seller will entertain all offers, but all properties shall be sold as together. Two of the three lots are Corner Lots (For Sale are Tax ID's #54248, #54249, #54291) Not Sold Separately.
